Today's video is about the importance of not letting yourself be taken for granted by your ex - EVER.

If you are being taken for granted by your ex, then your ex is showing you that they will never fight for you, and oftentimes your ex will treat you the way that you let them treat you. If you are being taken for granted by your ex, you need to pull back. Otherwise, your value will continue to get lowered. Your desperation will only continue to increase. That's not a winning formula to get back with someone that you love, or ensure that you have the self respect and confidence that you need to live a fulfilling life.

You are taken for granted by your ex when you are too readily available. When taken for granted by your ex, it's probably because you are giving an overabundance of your time, attention, emotion, and love to them to the point that they are forced to only value it in a very small way. It's basic supply and demand. To make sure that you're not taken for granted by your ex, you have to focus on the things that you can control and make sure that you don't reward the negative behaviors. You need to make sure that you can resist the temptation to latch on as the fear of losing them becomes a reality.

It's very important that you remember that if you're taken for granted by your ex, they are not going to be inspired by you. You will lose confidence because you will feel rejected over and over again. You've put them on the highest pedestal ever and they're so flustered and frustrated that they start to treat you in a way that they never thought they could or would. You start to accept things that you never thought you would or should. So the message here is clear.
